	Penny's Boutique Fashion Heaven Owners are Julie Anderson & Patsy Cloake. Sisters for a lifetime; Fashionistas together for 14 years. Julie & Patsy's roots are in Fashion Retailing with their mother Hazel a consumate tailoress and their father, Des Fitzgerald, a retired Brisbane retail personality. The natural progression for these two former teachers looking for an entreprenuerial venture was the rag trade. True to their sense of history and style they purchased the very well known Penny's Boutique at Ascot.
